With "Goûtez l'Ardèche" get the top quality regional produce
"Goûtez l'Ardèche" is a registered collective trademark that allows selection of the best produce in the Department : honey, fruit juices, wines, charcuteries, cheeses, nougats, pastries, jams or sorbets ... All produce with the "Goûtez l'Ardèche" distinction have been selected by a special panel of experts; they all meet a quality charter and both production and distribution are subjected to random controls. Look out for its logo (a ribbon topped with 2 chestnut tree leaves). You will spot this sign in shop windows, at the entrance to restaurants and on some "typical" produce.

Ardéchois wines, a mosaic of "terroirs" to be discovered
If you follow the "Itinéraires vignerons" 43 cellars in Southern Ardèche will give you a warm welcome.
You will learn about the Vins de Pays des Coteaux de l'Ardèche which features a wide range of elegant wines from different "terroirs" and made from different grape varieties; the Côtes du Vivarais "gourmands et rocailleux", awarded AOC in 1999 and the Côtes du Rhône AOC, subtle wines whose culture goes to the origin of our civilisation
